a record-breaking sale

The record-breaking sale is the headline. What I remember is something else.

My clients came to me with two goals that, at first glance, seemed to be pulling in opposite directions: they wanted a quick sale at the strongest possible price, and they needed to remain in their home for a few weeks after closing while they navigated the next chapter of their lives.

Those goals don't often come together in a single offer.

It would have been easy for this home to sit on the market, creating unnecessary stress and making it even harder to achieve the outcome they needed.

I saw it differently.

This home didn't need a generalized marketing plan. It needed a highly intentional strategy built around its unique qualities and the people who would value them most.

I believed the right buyer had already been looking for this exact home. My job wasn't to convince someone to buy it. My job was to help the right buyer recognize what made it worth competing for.

From there, every decision became clear.

How should we position the home?

What details deserved the most attention?

How could we present it honestly and beautifully?

How could we create confidence for buyers while protecting my clients' goals?

Every decision had to answer the same question:

What's going to create the best possible outcome for my clients?

The result was exactly what we had hoped for.

The sellers received a record-breaking price and the flexibility to remain in their home for 45 days after closing. The buyers found the home they had been searching for. Both sides moved forward with terms that reflected what mattered most to them.

That's the part of the story I'm most proud of.

The record-breaking sale wasn't the result of one brilliant decision. It was the result of hundreds of thoughtful ones, all working toward the same goal: representing my clients so well that the right opportunity could unfold.
